We position a B-complex as metabolic infrastructure. All eight B vitamins help enzymes process carbohydrate, fat, protein, one-carbon units, and blood-cell formation. Our standard is a complete profile, disclosed forms, and rational amounts that work together.

One family does not mean one function

B1 supports reactions in glucose, amino-acid, and lipid metabolism. B2 and B3 participate in redox coenzymes. B5 is part of coenzyme A; B6 supports amino-acid metabolism; biotin supports carboxylase enzymes; folate and B12 intersect in one-carbon metabolism and normal blood-cell formation.1

That division of labor is why we prefer a complete B-complex. No single B vitamin can stand in for all eight, and more of one does not compensate for missing another.

What ‘energy support’ honestly means

B vitamins help enzymes convert and transfer energy from food, supporting normal energy metabolism without acting like caffeine. Their practical value is nutritional and cofactor support across the complete eight-vitamin network.2

We use energy-metabolism language because it describes the real biochemical role. Complete forms and rational amounts provide a more useful daily standard than relying on one exceptionally high-dose B vitamin.

Why forms and amounts both matter

Super B Complex discloses all eight forms: thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, niacinamide, pyridoxine HCl, folate as 5-MTHF calcium salt, cyanocobalamin, biotin, and D-calcium pantothenate.3

They help enzymes metabolize energy-yielding nutrients, but they contain no calories and are not stimulants.

What are the eight B vitamins?+

Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folate, and vitamin B12.

Is 5-MTHF folic acid?+

No. 5-MTHF is a folate form used directly in one-carbon metabolism; folic acid is another supplemental and fortified-food form.

Why not use extremely high doses?+

The goal is nutritional and metabolic support, not the largest label number. Some B vitamins have safety or interaction considerations at high supplemental intakes.
